Build It Yourself

You can build it yourself. We can provide construction documents (for a fee) if you need to pull a permit, and we are here to answer questions along the way. Usually, this consultation is free, but we will charge an hourly fee if the questions start to take up too much time.

Find a Contractor
|
You can find your own contractor. We are happy to work with licensed contractors. We will charge an hourly fee for site visits and consultation as necessary.

Partner With Our Contractor
|
We can recommend a contractor. We partner with a reputable, certified contractor on most jobs. (See the Before and After section of the Portfolio.) If you use the contractor we recommend, there are no fees for site visits or consultations.
